Takht Sri Damdama Sahib is one of the five Takhts (temporal seats) of Sikhism, located in Talwandi Sabo, Bathinda, Punjab, India. It holds immense historical and spiritual significance for Sikhs.

  • Historical Importance: Takht Sri Damdama Sahib is the place where Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, compile the final and complete version of the Guru Granth Sahib in 1705. After the battles of Anandpur Sahib and Muktsar, the Guru stayed here for about nine months and conducted religious and literary activities.
